From one local crew to six cities
We started in 2014, on a single truck in a tree-lined Kansas City neighborhood. More than a decade later, we're one of the most trusted names in roofing, siding, and windows across eight major U.S. metros.
Where we started
Born in Brookside, built for the long haul
Complete Exterior Services started in 2014 in Brookside, a tree-lined Kansas City neighborhood where most of the homes are older than the interstate system. Two guys, one pickup, and a short list of neighbors who trusted them with their roof.
The first job was a 1920s Craftsman bungalow on 63rd Street that had taken one too many Midwest hailstorms. One handshake led to another. Word moved from block to block, and by the end of that first year we'd replaced roofs on half the street.
Back then, every job was personal. If we quoted it, we built it. If we built it, we stood behind it. That's never changed. Every crew that carries our name today is trained the same way: show up when you say you will, do the work right, and treat the customer the way you'd want your own parents treated.

From that one block in Brookside, Complete Exterior Services has grown into local crews operating in Dallas, Atlanta, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and the New York Tri-State — each with teams that know their climate, their codes, and their neighborhoods.
We've scaled the size of the operation, but not the standard. Every crew is licensed and insured, every install is held to manufacturer spec, and every job comes with a real workmanship warranty.
We're not the cheapest exterior contractor in any of our markets. We're the one your neighbors call when they want it done right the first time.

Install to manufacturer spec
If GAF says blind-nail and 6 nails per shingle, we blind-nail and use 6 nails. Cutting corners on install voids the warranty — and the warranty is half of what you’re paying for.
What you sign is what you pay
Itemized proposals with materials, scope, dump fees, permits, and warranty terms named on the page. Final invoice matches the quote unless you authorize a change in writing.
Cleanup isn’t optional
Magnetic nail sweeps over driveways and lawns. Tarps protecting landscaping. Trash hauled off as we go, not piled in your yard. No nails in your tires three weeks later.
