Full tear-off, not overlay
We strip the old roof down to the deck so we can find rotten sheathing, bad flashings, and underlayment failures before they become leaks. Overlays are cheaper up front and twice as expensive when they fail.
The right shingle for your climate
Class 4 impact-rated shingles in hail country. Algae-resistant in humid climates. Cool-roof rated where summer heat is the bigger problem. We size the system to your local weather — not a national average.
Storm damage & insurance claims
We meet your adjuster on the roof, document hail and wind damage at scale, and handle the supplement back-and-forth so your claim covers the actual scope of work — not a 5-year-old ACV estimate.
Flashings done right (where leaks really start)
Most roof leaks aren’t from the field shingles. They’re from chimneys, valleys, sidewalls, and pipe boots. We replace flashings during a roof replacement — not reseal and hope.
Manufacturer + workmanship warranty
Up to 50-year non-prorated coverage from GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed depending on the system you choose. Plus our 10-year workmanship warranty on top — so the install is covered, not just the materials.
Permits, dumpsters, and cleanup included
We pull the permit. We schedule the inspection. The dumpster sits on plywood to protect your driveway. Magnetic nail sweep daily. No surprise dump fee on the final invoice.

Schedule That Fits Your Life
Most projects start within 2–4 weeks of contract. We work around weather, work-from-home setups, school schedules, and HOA windows. You’ll know the start date in writing.
Install With Daily Cleanup
Crew arrives on time. Work moves fast. Tarps protect your landscaping; magnetic sweep over the driveway every evening. We walk the finished work with you before we leave the site.
